Katyń Memorial
The Katyń Memorial is dedicated to victims of the Katyń Massacre, and located in Jersey City's Exchange Place District. The Memorial was designed by Polish-American sculptor Andrzej Pitynski.

Newark's Salvatore Bontempo Memorial Park
Newark's Salvatore Bontempo Memorial Park is located in the North Ward off Bloomfield Avenue. The neighborhood once was a mainly Italian-American enclave, although most Italians have now moved to the suburbs. Nowadays it is home to many Hispanic groups.
The Pequannock Gate, dedicated to former Newark Mayor Joseph E. Haynes.
Located in Salvatore Bontempo Memorial Park, named for a former chair of the state Democratic party.
